He is an alumnus of Lagos business school. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree, LLB (Hons) from the university of Lagos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He joined Sterling Asset Management & Trustees Ltd In November 2008. He has 22 years of cognate experience in trusteeship and management, he has administered several trust accounts and also managed a sinking fund account. He is a member of the association of corporate trustees. Prior to joining SAMTL he worked at Ogunsanya & Ogunsanya, HNB Trustees & WEMA Asset Ltd .
